After successfully clearing the Round- 1 & 2 of Wells Fargo Hiring Process, the selected students are called up for the Senior Manager Round of Wells Fargo Recruitment Process which is the Round – 3. In this round the students can expect the questions like these:This round contains questions based on the resume and the projects mentioned in that. They will ask in depth about the projects that are mentioned in resume.

• Tell me about yourself.
• Explain in brief about the projects.
• How can you extend your mini project?
• Why you have chosen the specific algorithm for your major project?
• What are the alternatives for that algorithm?
• Have you tried implementing them? If so what did you observe?
• What is the future scope for your project?

• What are the problems that you faced during the project? How did you solve that?

• Tell me about your family background.
• Why Wells Fargo? What made you choose this?
• What do you know about Wells Fargo?
• What is your preferred location?

Includes the common generic questions to check your confidence, Leadership quality, Team work and Dedication etc.
